Tried this place for the first time, When I called the guy on the phone seemed like he was going through the motions, warmed up a little while taking my order, but that should have been my red flag in not going... Overall just OK. This place is a little over hyped up to be honest. I see " best in the city reviews ", I see " best around", etc.. Stop yourself!! It's just OK. It is quick?yes, small place, maybe can fit 7 people comfortably in the waiting area, chicken has decent flavor but not nearly the best in the city. Grease what oozing through my fingers as I ate it. That's not a bad thing all the time, but not for this place. Will I return? Maybe. Will I go out of my way? NO. Will I recommend? You know the answer to that.

Best chicken anywhere!!! If you are craving chicken you need to have the Chicken Inn! Always perfectly broasted, each time consistently delicious! Love it! Staff is friendly and great. Super efficient service.

Favorite place to get broasted chicken! Well-seasoned and not dry. Calling your order ahead is key, but you can also wait while they prepare it.

Not much atmosphere, but who needs it when you get to take the best chicken to what ever atmosphere you want to enhance. I grew up in Des Plaines and always remember eating their chicken when we had the chance. I’ll be 52 this week and have been to 28 states and 5 provinces in 3 countries and it’s very hard to say I’ve had better chicken anywhere.

Being a Le cordon Bleu chef , I absolutely hate to give a bad review. People can be too critical. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Of course. It's boasted. Spicy is NOT Spicy. Here's the important part.........CHANGE your GREASE! Update your website to reflect proper pricing. It's called "truth in menu". Don't let 60 + years go down the drain.

Normally your chicken is fantastic. Tonight not so much. Last month it was good, two months ago like the quality tonight. I have been enjoying your broasted chicken since you were on Austin Ave., in Chicago. Today I am disappointed.

Best chicken in the neighborhood! Tastes just like homemade!!! Quick and easy, just a phone call away. Shrimp and fried fish is delicious too. Has been here forever and we just love it!

We have been customers for many years. We have noticed a decline in service more recently. You used to provide disposable plates when we asked for them, now they are not available. Napkins are never provided. Minor things to you, but are important to the customer.
